Whangaparāoa College performs with pride in kapa haka and Pasifika performance

Orewa College hosted the 2025 Matariki Fia Fia on Thursday 19 June at the Orewa Arts and Events Centre. Ākonga from Whangaparāoa, Orewa, and Mahurangi Colleges came together in a moving celebration of the Maori New Year.

Whangaparāoa College stood out with powerful kapa haka and vibrant Pasifika performances. Their presence was appreciated and felt across the auditorium.
